Terms of Service

1. Introduction

ENCOUNTER JESUS MINISTRIES INTERNATIONAL is a non-denominational, interdenominational ministry with an apostolic mandate to raise believers who sustain the experiential knowledge of God and walk in the fullness of their eternal ordination. The Ministry is duly registered under the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria and has its global headquarters in Abuja, Nigeria (hereinafter referred to as “The Ministry”).

In furtherance of its eternal and global mandate, the Ministry intends to establish cells, prayer centers, apostolic churches, provinces, and regions worldwide. Persons who sign up to work under the Ministry shall do so in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined below.

Please read these Terms carefully, as they govern all workers, staff, co-laborers, or other persons (natural or corporate) who operate under the umbrella of the Ministry. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not accept or proceed.

"Terms," except where the context requires otherwise, refers to the Ministry's doctrines and beliefs, vision, mission, core values, constitution, bye-laws, policies, regulations, decisions, and conventions.

The Ministry reserves the right to revise these Terms at its sole and absolute discretion, with or without prior notice. Any changes will be communicated, published, and made available on the Website. Such changes shall take effect from the date of communication, notification, and/or publication of the new Terms, or as otherwise stated. Your continued involvement in the Ministry from such a date shall constitute acceptance of the revised Terms in their entirety.

2. Eligibility

Participation in the Ministry is intended for, and extended only to, a person or body corporate who satisfies the following requirements:
(a) You are at least eighteen (18) years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher, and have the full right, power, and authority to comply with these Terms.
(b) You are born again, with the assurance and evidence of salvation, fully trained by the Ministry, and permitted to participate.
(c) You fully accept to be governed by the Ministry's operating documents regarding its activities and operations.

3. Representations, Warranties, and Undertakings

3.1
By participating in the Ministry, you willingly represent, undertake, and warrant to the Ministry as follows:
(a) You have full power and capacity to accept these Terms and perform all obligations outlined herein.
(b) You have obtained all necessary consents, approvals, or authorizations required for your participation in the Ministry, and such approvals remain valid and in full force.
(c) These Terms constitute a legal, valid, and binding obligation, enforceable against you in accordance with their provisions.
(d) You will not access or use the Ministry to conduct, promote, or facilitate any activity outside its mandate or engage in any illegal activity.
(e) You are not under any legal disability preventing you from participating in the Ministry and agree to be fully bound by its doctrines, beliefs, vision, mission, core values, constitution, bye-laws, policies, regulations, decisions, and conventions.
(f) You will provide accurate and complete details regarding your name, location, marital status, and any other information required.
(g) You are participating in the Ministry willingly and for your benefit, not acting under instructions, as a nominee, or on behalf of another person. If married, you have obtained your spouse's consent to participate in the Ministry.
(h) All representations and warranties provided by you are true, complete, accurate, and not misleading from the time of accepting these Terms.

4. Ministry Rights

The Ministry reserves the right to:
(a) Manage all finances and resources associated with its operations.
(b) Enforce discipline and effect transfers as deemed necessary.
(c) Terminate participation or employment for breach of these Terms or other valid reasons.
