Terms of Service
1. GENERAL
1.1 ENCOUNTER JESUS MINISTRIES INTERNATIONAL is a non-denominational interdenominational ministry with an apostolic mandate to raise believers that sustain the experiential knowledge of God and walk in the fullness of their eternal ordination, duly registered under the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria and having its global headquarters in Abuja- Nigeria (hereinafter referred to as “The Ministry”).
1.2 This Application is maintained by Encounter Jesus Ministries International solely for giving and administrative purposes. Access and use of this Application is governed exclusively by the foregoing terms and conditions. By accessing and using this Application you acknowledge that you have read, accepted, and will be bound by the Terms and Conditions herein. If you do not agree with the outlined terms and conditions, kindly refrain from using this Application.
1.3 The Ministry now in furtherance of the eternal and global mandate, intends to set up cells, prayer centers, apostolic churches, provinces, and regions all over the world, persons who sign up to work under the ministry shall do so in accordance with the terms and conditions set hereunder.
1.4 Terms, except to the extent that the context requires otherwise, shall mean reference to Ministry doctrines and beliefs, vision, mission, core values constitution, bye-laws, policies, regulations, decisions and conventions.
1.5 The Ministry may revise these Terms from time to time in its sole and absolute discretion, with or without notice to you and any changes will be communicated, published and made available on the Website. These changes shall take effect from the date of communication, notification and/or publication of the new terms, or such other date stated in the notice, and your continuance in the Ministry and participation from such date shall be deemed to constitute acceptance of the new Terms in their entirety.
2. YOUR ACCOUNT
2.1 You will be required to create your account to use certain Services, and you may be required to be logged in to the account and have a valid payment method associated with it, however, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your account, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.
3. AGE VERIFICATION
1.1 Children may sign up on the Application but can only give through adults, with a credit card or other permitted payment methods.
1.1 If you are under 18, you may only give under the watch and supervision of a parent or guardian. 1.1 Parents and guardians may create profiles for teenagers under their care. But we reserve the right to disapprove such registration or terminate accounts in our sole discretion.
1.1 We may also request for your means of identification for proof of age.
4. ELIGIBILITY
4.1 Eligibility to participate in the Ministry. Participation in the Ministry is intended for and extended only to a person or body corporate who satisfies the following:
4.1.A You are at least eighteen (18) years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher, and have the full right and capacity to enter into and comply with these Terms; 4.1.B Minors supervised by adults; 4.1.C Born-again with the assurance and evidence of salvation, fully trained by the Ministry and permitted to participate; 4.1.D Fully accepted to be governed by the ministry’s operating documents in respect of its activities and operations.
5. REPRESENTATIONS, WARRANTIES AND UNDERTAKINGS
5.1 By participating in this Ministry, you willingly represent, undertake and warrant to the Ministry as follows:
5.1.A you have the legal capacity to accept these Terms and perform all the obligations herein. 5.1.B to carry out and obtain consent, approval, order or authorization of, or registration, qualification, designation, declaration or filing with, any regulatory authority in any jurisdiction (“Approvals”) required on your part in connection with your participation in the Ministry and such approvals shall be obtained and remain valid and in full force and effect; 5.1.C These terms constitute a legal, valid, and binding obligation on you, enforceable against you in accordance with its terms;
5.1.D you will not access or use the Ministry to conduct, promote, or otherwise facilitate any activity other than the mandate of the Ministry or any illegal activity; 5.1.E you are not under any legal disability of any kind to participate in the Ministry and shall be fully bound by the Ministry doctrines and beliefs, vision, mission, core values constitution, bye-laws, policies, regulations, decisions and conventions. 5.1.F The details of your name, location, marital status, and all other information that may be required shall be made available 5.1.G you are participating in the Ministry willingly and for your own benefit and you are not acting on the instructions of, or as nominee or agent for or on behalf of any other person and have the consent of your spouse (for the married) to participate in the ministry 5.1.H All of the representations and warranties that you provide pursuant to these Terms are true, complete, accurate and not misleading from the time of your acceptance of these Terms and the Ministry reserves the right to:
(a). all finances and resources (b). discipline and transfer (c). Termination and sack
